Who receives texts

We text residents and rental applicants who give us their mobile number, either on their lease or rental application or by texting us at (513) 951-3510 first.

What we send

• Replies to maintenance requests and repair scheduling
• Rent reminders
• Building notices, such as planned water or power shutoffs
• Replies to questions about availability and showings

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or (513) 951-3510.
